Meet Lakmal Chaminda

He drives.Mostly, he takescare of things.

A child seat that actually fits. A villa nobody else knows about. The right pharmacy on a Sunday night. A birthday cake on the table without anyone asking. Lakmal started handling all of it, quietly, and travellers started calling him for far more than a ride.

Today he plans whole journeys for families and couples from Europe, America and Asia. Most of them find him through someone he has already looked after.

A family story

Day 01 / 31

5 October — 4 November 2026

One family.
Thirty-one days.

We landed in Colombo with a four-year-old and a long list of worries. Lakmal had the child seats fitted the day before. For the next month he found the villa, the cook, the safari, the doctor and the best roti on the coast, and his own family made ours feel at home.
